What should you do???

Step 1: Just follow the form's format (we accept orders via SMS if we already have your info on file a.k.a my members). You will receive a notification after we receive your order request.

Step 2: Your order will be checked for availability. After all details are finalized, you will receive an order confirmation email/sms containing the following info:

•Your order number
•Details of the transaction
•Delivery Charges (based on location)**Delivery will take about 2-3 days
•Total amount needed to be paid
•Payment details for your chosen payment method

Step 3: Pay the bill, then send us a message informing us about the payment. (We will proceed your order (s) after you complete this transaction).Please allow us to ask additional information required for verification.

Step 4: Your order will be processed after we've verified your payment. We will send a message notifying you that the payment has been verified, and you will be informed of the expected date of posting.

Step 5: Your order will be posted and you will receive a final email/SMS/PM containing your order details.

Step 6: Cash on delivery(COD) is available for areas within Kajang, Cheras,Putrajaya,Shah Alam (sec 2,3 & 7)

Step 7: Our items are in excellent condition.So,you dont have to worry :)

*** We will deliver our items only on Tuesday and FRIDAY .so,if u make payment after Friday,we will only deliver the goods on the next monday.

Warranty: Your item(s) is warranted by MTS for a period of 3 days from the date of item received.Warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery of the item. Goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable with cash and replacement with similar model/color.

Reservation for the goods is possible.However it is only valid for 2 days.The good reserved will be release for sale again after the 2 days
